AlFaaZ event terms
These are the terms you agree to when you register for or perform at AlFaaZ, an open mic organised by Vyntra Club in Lucknow.
Event details
AlFaaZ takes place on 15 August 2026, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Karwaan Studio, Lucknow.
What entry costs
- Audience entry is ₹99 for one person. Groups of 2–5 receive 10% off the per-person price: ₹178.20 for 2, ₹267.30 for 3, ₹356.40 for 4, or ₹445.50 for 5.
- A solo performance slot is ₹299. Performer groups of 2–5 receive 20% off the full performer fee: ₹478.40 for 2, ₹717.60 for 3, ₹956.80 for 4, or ₹1,196 for 5.
Your ticket
- AlFaaZ tickets are event-entry tickets. They do not include food, drinks, or any redeemable venue credit.
Registration and payment
- Audience registrations may include 1 to 5 people. Groups of 2 or more receive the published group discount.
- Register your act, then complete secure payment. A successful performer payment immediately guarantees one available performance slot.
- A solo performer pays ₹299. Performer groups of 2 to 5 receive 20% off the full performer fee.
- Up to 20 performance slots are available. Unpaid registrations and abandoned checkouts do not guarantee or permanently reserve a slot.
- The event is also limited to 100 public participants across audience and performers, excluding staff. Every person in a group act counts toward that total, so either registration path may close before its separate maximum is reached.
- An unpaid payment session expires after 10 minutes. You can start a new attempt while registration and performer capacity remain open.
- Registration closes at 6:00 pm on 15 August 2026, and may close earlier if capacity is reached.
On stage
- Each act gets 5–7 minutes on stage.
- Covers are welcome when you credit the original artist or writer. Original work is encouraged.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination and illegal content are not allowed.
- Political, religious or explicit material must be disclosed to the Vyntra team before the event and must follow these rules.
- Other performance formats must follow the same stage-time, safety and content rules.
- Vyntra may reject or stop an act that breaks these rules or creates a safety issue.
- Every participant must be at least 18 years old.
Arriving on the day
- Please arrive at the reporting time we send you.
- A paid seat or performance slot is held for 15 minutes after that time.
- After that, seating or performance is subject to operational availability.
- Arriving late does not create an entitlement to a refund.
Cancellations, refunds and transfers
- If you cancel, or do not turn up, the ticket price is not refunded.
- Tickets and performance slots cannot be transferred to another person.
- If Vyntra cancels the event, you receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
- Once a refund is initiated, our payment partner Razorpay typically takes 7–10 business days to credit it back to your original payment method; your bank may take additional time beyond that.
Photography and recording
- Vyntra may photograph and record the event.
- You can ask the Vyntra team not to intentionally feature you.
- We cannot guarantee removal from incidental crowd or background footage, and we cannot control photographs or recordings made by other attendees.
- Please respect anyone who asks you not to photograph or record them.
