AlFaaZ event terms

These are the terms you agree to when you register for or perform at AlFaaZ, an open mic organised by Vyntra Club in Lucknow.

AlFaaZ takes place on 15 August 2026, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Karwaan Studio, Lucknow.

What entry costs

  • Audience entry is ₹99 for one person. Groups of 2–5 receive 10% off the per-person price: ₹178.2 for 2, ₹267.3 for 3, ₹356.4 for 4, or ₹445.5 for 5.
  • A selected solo performer pays ₹299. Performer groups of 2–5 receive 20% off the full performer fee: ₹478.40 for 2, ₹717.60 for 3, ₹956.80 for 4, or ₹1,196 for 5.

Your ticket

  • AlFaaZ tickets are event-entry tickets. They do not include food, drinks, or any redeemable venue credit.

Applying, selection and payment

  • Audience registrations may include 1 to 5 people. Groups of 2 or more receive the published group discount.
  • Apply first, then pay. Submitting a performer application is free.
  • A selected solo performer pays ₹299. Performer groups of 2 to 5 receive 20% off the full performer fee.
  • Performer applications are accepted for review up to the published application limit; selection is still required before payment.
  • Vyntra may receive more applications than there are slots. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or reserve a performance slot.
  • Vyntra selects a limited number of acts. Selected performers have 24 hours to complete payment.
  • An unpaid payment session expires after 10 minutes. You can start a new attempt while your 24-hour window is still open.
  • Registration closes 24 hours before the event, and may close earlier if capacity is reached.

On stage

  • Each act gets 5–7 minutes on stage.
  • Covers are welcome when you credit the original artist or writer. Original work is encouraged.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination and illegal content are not allowed.
  • Political, religious or explicit material must be disclosed in advance and approved by the Vyntra team.
  • Other performance formats may be reviewed individually.
  • Vyntra may reject or stop an act that breaks these rules or creates a safety issue.
  • Every participant must be at least 18 years old.

Arriving on the night

  • Please arrive at the reporting time we send you.
  • A paid seat or performance slot is held for 15 minutes after that time.
  • After that, seating or performance is subject to operational availability.
  • Arriving late does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

  • If you cancel, or do not turn up, the ticket price is not refunded.
  • Tickets and performance slots cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If Vyntra cancels the event, you receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
  • If Vyntra changes the event date, you may move your booking to the new date or request a 100% refund.
  • Once a refund is initiated, your bank may take additional time to process it.

Photography and recording

  • Vyntra may photograph and record the event.
  • You can ask the Vyntra team not to intentionally feature you.
  • We cannot guarantee removal from incidental crowd or background footage, and we cannot control photographs or recordings made by other attendees.
  • Please respect anyone who asks you not to photograph or record them.
