We plan in four stages: understanding what you want, designing the concept and shortlisting vendors, locking bookings and timelines, and running the event on the day so you’re a guest at your own function, not a manager.

Bring your own: caterer, decorator, photographer, whoever you trust. We’ll coordinate them. We also work with vendors across Lucknow we rate highly and can recommend, but it’s never forced.

That’s our job to absorb. We build backup into the plan for weather, vendor delays, last-minute changes, and our team handles it quietly on the ground, so you usually never even hear about it. You enjoy the day; we deal with the hiccups.

For weddings, 6 to 12 months gives the best pick of venues and vendors. For parties and social events, 2 to 4 months is usually fine. Short on time? Tell us your date and we’ll be honest about whether we can do it justice.
