Vyntra Club is an event planning business in Lucknow. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. We have tried to describe what actually happens rather than list every possibility.
What we collect

We do not ask for your email address, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Resend — delivers the callback enquiry to our inbox. It therefore processes your name, phone number, and message.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — we report that an enquiry happened, for advertising measurement. Your phone number is hashedbefore it is sent, so Meta does not receive it in readable form. Your IP address, browser user agent, and Meta's own cookie identifiers are sent as-is.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Sheets — analytics tags, and the spreadsheet that held event registrations.
- OneSignal — browser push notifications, only if you allow them when asked.
- Vercel and Sentry — hosting, and error monitoring. Our error reports are deliberately stripped of personal data before they are sent.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics and advertising tags load on every page, and Meta's cookies (_fbp and _fbc) are used to connect an enquiry to the ad or link that led to it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Push notifications are opt-in. If you decline or dismiss the prompt, nothing is sent to you. You can revoke permission at any time in your browser's site settings.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries stay in our email inbox until we delete them. We remove enquiries we are no longer acting on.
- Event registrations are kept until the event has passed and any follow-up is finished, then removed.
- Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google and Meta under their own policies, not ours.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in — message us and say what you want done.
