Questions and answers
Birthday checklist questions
When should I start planning?
Four to six weeks is a suggested countdown, not a booking guarantee. Work backwards from the dates you can actually get and from the venue and vendor deadlines they give you.
What should I recheck in the final 48 hours?
Reconfirm the arrangements you have already agreed: arrivals, directions, parking, the guest count you gave the venue, and any weather backup already in place. This is not the time to introduce a new venue, menu or outdoor plan.
